Τhe basic principle of DRAKAKI NUTRITION is understanding that fitness and nutrition are not one-size-fits-all solutions.

That's why I offer two types of services tailored to your specific needs. Both the meal planning and calorie tracking methods are different approaches that ultimately aim to help you achieve your desired nutritional goals.

Choosing which method to follow is simply a matter of personal preference and whether it is suitable for your lifestyle. It's important to note that neither method is inherently superior to the other, and both can be effective in achieving nutritional goals.

I believe that each of my clients has unique goals, challenges, and lifestyles, and that there isn't a right or wrong approach that works for everyone. My priority is to help you find what works for you, and to support you in implementing it in your daily life.

Diet Plan

Pros:

- Ready-made meal plans make it easy to follow a structured diet

- Perfect for clients who prefer a more rigid approach to nutrition

-Allows you to simply follow the plan without having to put too much thought into it.

-This approach allows you to focus on other aspects of your life and take the stress out of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

  1. MEAL-PLAN BASED NUTRITION COACHING

Follow a personalized meal plan

As part of our plan-based nutrition coaching, I'll design customized meals for you that offer a good balance of macronutrients.

These meal plans consist of specific food items, portion sizes and meal timing, all according to your preferences and daily routine.

I aim to gradually teach you how to adjust yourmeal plan to meet your changing needs and lifestyles. I empower my clients with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about their food choices, giving them more independence as they progress through their health and fitness journey.

Cons:

-Limited flexibility in food choices

-May not be suitable for clients that are not in charge of preparing their own meals

-Can be more challenging to stick to when eating out or while traveling

-May be hard for clients who have a less structured routine or are frequently on the move

-May not suit individuals who like variety and experimentation with their food

Calorie Counting App

Pros:

- Flexible approach that allows for a wider range of food choices

- Convenient for people with varying day-to-day schedules, such as those in the military or frequent travelers

- Tracking your food intake gives you valuable insight into your diet and can help you make better choices about what you eat

- The app helps with education by teaching you about the nutritional value of different foods and how they impact your goals

- Analyzing your data over time can help you identify trends and areas where you may need to adjust your eating habits


2. CALORIE-TRACKING BASED NUTRITION COACHING

Use a calorie-tracking app

Unlike meal plans, which require you to follow specific recipes, a calorie tracking app provides you with daily calorie and macronutrient goals that you can work towards. This not only allows you to better understand your diet and nutrition needs, but it also gives you more flexibility in choosing the foods you want to eat.

I will provide with guidelines and ideas that will help guide your food choices and ensure you are consuming the right number of calories and macronutrients for your goals. And with thousands of foods in the app's database, scanning barcodes to track meals is quick and straightforward.

Cons:

- Requires more effort and time to track daily calories and macronutrients

- Clients may overestimate or underestimate calorie intake

- May require more education and understanding of nutrition than plan-based coaching
